Dr Silverman, the front desk staff, and the assisting hygienist were all outstanding. I was greeted in a friendly way, they explained to me what they would be doing and again as they were doing it. Dr Silverman told me step by step what to expect before, during and after the extraction. He and the hygienist listened and responded to my questions patiently. I really appreciated their compassion and encouragement! Very positive experience. I highly recommend.
